What a great and funny touch to have Todd's ringtone for Heather be "crazy calling." That really broke me up. It is very funny and clever writing to do that. I wish soaps would have more humor than they have. They so seldom do it and when they do lots of times it is just something quick like this. I remember a long time ago that All My Children did a fan appreciation day where it made up of a lot of fan suggestions and almost everything was of a humorous or comedy nature which shows that a lot of the fans want more comedy in the soaps.

Ya know, when I was working full time there were groups that got together during lunch and watched a soap - Don't ask me which one - it'd be noon Central Time... Anyway, there were 2 kinds of groups. The larger were the ones that watch and laughed at the show. Then there were the smaller groups that clustered around the show and watched it all seriously. I believe that there are 3 kinds of people who normally watch soap. The first that have so little going on in their lives that they watch some for some kind of excitement. The second have so many terrible things going on in their lives that they are looking for those people with worst things happening. And finally there's the group that view it as recreation. Personally I think that you are in the 3rd group with maybe a bit of the first in there. I know my sister is in the 3rd group - she got into in college and DVRs it for later watching....

I work at home and watch while having lunch or exercising. In addition I love to read but that is hard to do while doing some other things and in a way a soap is like a book that goes on and on.

That was funny. At first I didn't catch it..as it wasn't clear at first..but then yeah...it was funny! I do like some of the humor...sure break the monotony. I like that they have had Sam and John say things like they think they might have met before etc....what they are referring to is when the two of them were on Port Charles years ago...a spin off of General Hospital..ran for about 5 years. The actor that plays John was a vampire/priest twin set and Kelly Monoco was who the vampire was involved with...been a long time ago.. don't remember specifics, but that is what they keep meaing when they have them say "haven't we met before?" and things like that. Even Luke said to John when he came in the door...haven't we met and JOhn said something about vampires and later he mentioned to Luke that garlic doesn't repell vampires... it was funny but if you didnt want PC..you wouldn't have caught it and laughed at it!
