Hello guys, I have this issue that long been forgotten and I can only remember it when there are situation that really falls on this concern of mine. I don't know if this happens usually in your place or not.
The issue is;
When there's someone who did good and heroic things he/she always remembered, admired, and being praised always - a role model and an ideal individual. But, once this good guy committed one "publicized" anomalous thing - may it be proven guilty or not - those good thing/s done by this individual will always be forgotten and deleted on the minds of the people. The worst is this "once good guy" were condemned rather.
However if there is one good guy passed away, why is it that only the good things (of this guy) always remembered and mentioned by on his eulogy - where (obviously) there was really a publicized immorality done this guy while he is still alive? It looks like this guy was once a perfect individual before he was dead.
Is it wrong to say the shortcomings on this dead person and counter it with his good works on his eulogy? Please don't get me wrong and I hope no one would be got offended I just want to know some of your ideas of this issue.
Let's talk about it...

That are the common situation during eulogy, they will just tell to everybody the good side of the person lying on the coffin. According to one of to one of the seminars I attended, you should start your life with an end. This means that you should start living on the situation that you want everyody remembers you when you are already lying on the coffin.
You are right, sometimes, we must be true to ourself to live better.

I was wondering what would be reaction of the listeners if the speaker would divulge all the crookedness of the decease while she/he was still alive but of course the speaker must know match all those negatives with positives to end up everything sounds justifying..
thanks for responding my friend...

It wll make you a bad person in front of them. They will tell you that you did not respect the person lying in front of you.

Each of us has craziness and foolishness since we are not made perfect but I was wondering why only those good things done by the decease mention on every eulogy. What if some speaker would also include those crookedness done while he/she still living? I can't hardly imagine how people would react on that...
thanks for responding my friend..
