There are 3 kinds of leader. 1. Leader who is/are just following another leader or just follows what the boss commanded to him/her. 2. An ordinary leader this kind of people are just ordinary they just give opinions and sometimes contributed in some other ways but not given his/her full effort as he/she manage his team. 3. The Dynamic leader these people are very cooperative, motivated to do things and act as a leader. They encourages people and applaud when someone doing great. And a lot of qualities they are being showed.So, what kind of leader are you?
