My Shoe is Noisy

When I came back to the office after lunch, I realized that something is wrong with my left shoe. When I entered the university lobby, it's giving out a very noisy sound, tic tac tic which made some of the students turned at look at me. I really hate the idea that the wooden path that I used to walk on from the food court back to the office damaged another shoe again. It happened to my other shoe a month ago. That wooden path, there's a small gap in between where my heels can fit in and when I tried to remove it the part which is covering the metal supporting the heel was removed. And that made my shoe noisy. I remembered the last time I was approached by one of the instructors and told me that I need to walk slowly because it's very noisy. That night I bought this pair of shoes. The next day, he thought that I was wearing the same shoe again though he had not heard it making some noise again, he approached me and told me that if I'm not going to change my shoes he will issue a warning letter for me. Well, I just told him that it's a different one. I don't want that scene to happen again. I will have to buy a new one since I can't wear a boot type shoes, it's summer out here. Well, maybe someone could do the repair, I guess. Just sharing one of my many somehow funny yet awkward experiences in life. Cheers!
