Walked three kilometers to eat 1 dollar great meal!

Hey there guys, Amazing thing I did this morning, i was craving a great meal and i remembered my sisters college canteena so i walked three kilometers back and forth to that canteena so that i would get really hungry and eat 4 different viands and two cups of rice and also so that I wont be guilty eating too much.

Ok, so after walking all that way, do you really think that you burned off the calories that you consumed and the fat and carbs?

i believe it is not really about burning off the calories through long-walking before and after the meal. i think what our dear friend want to share is that when you crave for something, no matter how hard you get there, impossible is nothing :D same here, i would not mind walking nor travelling on a very far food house, i will do it to satisfy myself. enjoy :)

Hey lotter, Well i don't believe that i have burned all the calorie that i did consume, it is the satisfaction of getting to eat the food I want and at least making an effort to get it, because i could have easily taken a cab it would have coasted two more dollars but then i wanted to walk, see people and see things.

That's great my friend. Walking 3 kilometres back and forth ensure that you're healthy. Burns fat and makes you sweat. After all the hardwork, you reward yourself with a great meal. You should do it often. Sweating is good for you.

Yeah i am overweight and i guess to make sure that i do still get some kind of workout before and after a meal i do this but come to think about it i just did this so that i can just go for a walk and just look around at people yeah just for that the burning of fat is i guess just secondary.

It is funny to know that. I am already thin so I don't have to worry about how much I eat. I eat whatever my capacity is and I never get fat. I do lot of things in my day and maybe that is the reason.

Hey there sanjay, Well good for you , because us with the fat gene tends to get too fat if we even just eat a little so we try to manage our food and do workout, anyway what do you do in a normal basis?

I wish I lived around there. Where I live, there is absolutely NO place worth walking even 1/2 mile to go eat.

I should really say that you must enjoyed your meal.But at the same time,you've burned a lot of calory.lol,anyway,only after that,can you know the food is precious and how we should cherish and not waste food.

you said it jricky, I loved the food and it was nice to just wander and set your mind on a goal and just do it , i love the burn and all but the walk, the walk was more fulfilling and especially the food.

yeah, that was great david. eating four viands is not telling how much servings you have... 2 cups of rice is something that you will burned due to the carb intake you take this morning.. But the good point is, your not limiting yourself to walk on a very far place just to remember that your sister had the best meal in town....even while walking on 3km away place...

My Oh My!!! Anything is possible to a hungry fella!!! Hope you're still shedding the pounds even if you're eating THAT MUCH after walking that far but I wouldn't mind walking 3 km. as well if I've a purpose!

Hey there try this out after preparing your meal go outside and walk at least 5 blocks then go back relax then dig in, I know it is a lot of work but believe me when you loose 5 pounds in doing this for a month you will hate me for advising you in only walking 5 blocks. Take care muah muah.

Walk will get you sweat and inturn you get tired.So you will get hungry and you will eat unitl your stomach full.If you do not eat junk foods it will also did not give problems to you in future.

You are correct walking alone at short distances will not burn you much calories but at least it is something different from just eating then sitting around so for me i am proud that it is a different way of getting to my food what i did there thanks for your comment idea.

When you are hungry its no telling what you may do to get some food. Thats why I enjoy reading and meditating on THE WORD OF GOD. It is always packed with the good ingredients for our minds, bodies, souls and profitable if applyed to not only us but also those around us. Eat up
