Do you think people have to be workaholics to be successful?

I think we don't have to be workaholic to be successful. For me, workaholics are people who are too dependent on their work and it seems like work is the central point of their lives. Without it, life for them is like meaningless. They could earn much money or earn more than what others have. Being workaholic has many risks - physically and mentally. But the saddest part of all is the loss of your own family. When you have these kinds of loss, I think you will not be successful at all. What about you?
