Is it safe the pierce your own ear!!??

just pierced my own ear today.. it hursts! ahhh do you think it safe.. and how do you sort it out!!

It isn't always safe because I you don't do it right you could get all kinds of infections on the whole, now, just try to keep it clean and see a doctor as soon as possible to prevent infection.
