dell core i3 bluetooth problem

I have a dell inspiron i3 n4050 laptop it has a problem of Bluetooth its Bluetooth does not works and show a error code43

Hello farrukh! please check if your bluetooth driver is installed. or you also have to check the cmos settings if your bluetooth is enabled.

from where i found cmos settings?

Hello farrukh! restart your system then before the system enters the O.S. (windoows) press del. If that option didnt work, then try it again by restarting then press f3.
