to update Static websites web knowledge required.it wont have interaction with users.But the cost of the static site is low,and hosting also low.But dynamic websites are very use full to be in contact with visitors.no chance of loosing users. Here the discussion is about hyperlinks right.If the hyperlinks are keep on changing automatically i.e dynamic.If those links are every time updated by one web developer what is that mean.
