Recently, I feel I was super stressed both external and internal. Maybe the reason I was being pressure to these to do that things. I cannot blame them but I'm just a woman. I need some break and I need some coping mechanisms how to deal it. I think stress is one of the factor why I suffered headache. I need to feel relax. What would be the techniques that can be use in coping stress?

I listen to music. Music tends to clear my mind as I focus on it. I tend to pick slower music if I am stressed

And also, you can try classical music such example mozzart or bethoven. Classical music can make you feel more relaxed. You can listen to music to ease the strain of your body. Try it and let your body sway to the music. Say also the song lyrics as well.

And one more thing, in my opinion, the lack of sleep maybe one of your biggest reasons you are affected by stress. Perhaps because you have to pursue the work that piled up, and also many deadlines which sacrificing your sleep time. Occasionally, it's not prohibited if you want to reduce your sleep time, but you must compensate the lack of it with sleeping more on weekend. If you violate the normal rest periods, surely your body will "revolt". As the result, at the morning, your face look less fresh, got eye bags hanging, and less stamina. What is the ideal time to sleep every day? I read that the experts say we need at least a minimum of eight hours of sleep. Hope it helps you. GBU

My first advice is just doing sports! Sufficient exercise can help reduce your tension easily. Exercise will help you become more healthier, increase energy and stamina, making the mind more fresh so you can solve any problem better. If you do not exercise regularly, I recommend starting tomorrow. Can be started with a small sport like a walk, jog, or ride a bike around the neighborhood around your home. May also re-doing your favorite sport that you do not have long. And another "easy fix" I know if you want to avoid or treat stress is: Put yourself in God, pray, and always say thanks for all His abundant blessings. In essence, the key to managing stress is a balance, and inside and outside. You do not incriminate one side of life and forget the other side. Balance your life, God wants you free from stress. Hope it helps. be strong. God will help you kiyumi.

I can not control my anxiety!I try to relativize but only when ends the reason for my concern I can calm and relax! It's horrible! I've thought about reading self-help books or consult a psychologist but I do not think it would help! =(
