Rx...Who can you trust online?

I have a few questions about on line Rx and getting refills when you already know what you need. Going into it blind is not a great idea, but what if you want a new supply of a quick flu remedy, amoxicillin? Or a nerve sensory blocker, like neurontin? non- narcotic stuff that has been helping with ailments and has been prescribed before. I ask this since many insurance plans are going bonkers or can not be paid into any longer. And with that a primary care physician is non-existent at the moment :-( I have hard of these sites in the past, and have seen many buying from canadian ones??? Do these sites still exist and can a person Safely make a purchase without any hassle of a prescription by phone or fax? can any mylotters pass on info or point me in the right direction to at least price compare? Any help is a great help, Randy2611 :-)
