3 Hardest Words or Sentence

There are 3 sentence that it seems very hard for me to say these days. It is the "I am sorry", "I Love You" and "I promise". It's hard for me to say i'm sorry even though sometimes i make mistake. Egoistic bugger i am. Haha. I would if the mistake i've made was huge, but as far as i am concerned, so far all i've done are minor mistake. I admit i was wrong but saying sorry seems to be something that is hard for me to do. Telling someone i love her is also another problem for me. I more of an action kind of person and although i know that saying it or telling it is a part of action, that 3 sacred word of love seems to be one of the hardest thing for me to say. Also promising something or someone. After many failed attempt at certain things in my life. I have decided not to promise anyone anything. Even promising to try my best is not a part of me now. Seems to me i have a problem with my confidence as those are the sentence or words that shows confidence be it in love, career or anything in life. What are yours?
