How Skinny Guys Really Build Muscle..?

If you are - or were at one time - a skinny guy (or even gal), what have you done to add muscle mass to your body. Do share your experiences please...

The skinny guys or gals can not increase muscle bulk. It will just make it firm when they do exercises.

I am a bit agree with muncho15. Let say first that i am a fitness guy. And that every body has a unique body.. And not every one can look like "Ramboo" even after 120 gym hours a day. First if you have a slim body you should combined diet with you body building exercise.. Don't eat to much protein cause it will not help and will even make you fatter or harm your Kidneys. You shouldn't eat more than 1.8 Gram protein per 1 kilo Body weight per day. Let say you are wight is 70 KG 70 X 1.8 = 126, so don't eat more than 126 gr protein per day. And you should split this 126 gr for three meals during the day, don't eat all of this gr at one meal. You should get 50% of your calories from carbohydrates. And try to eat Complex carbohydrates with high GI (Glycemic Index) Now about the gym exercise you can do any training that you want and try to work on all of you body muscles at the beagining and than try to split it to A and B Training programs like: A - pectoralis, biceps brachii and legs. B - latissimus dorsi, triceps brachii and deltoid.

just go workout and eat plenty of meat and rice but more on meat so that your muscles will grow big.
