After yesterday I was sick, I didn't consume much food, and I only ate some noodles for the day. This morning, I finally felt a bit better, and I started to consume a little more food than usual. Maybe I was hungry, or maybe I my appetite increase. I ate fish, broccoli, and some chicken during the dinner time. After it, I drink 2 bottle of cokes, and I ate some cantaloupe for fruit. Then I get a bowlful of ice cream. An hour later, my stomach just starting stir up, and I have to on to bathroom twice. A lesson learn, don't stuff everything in all at once, no matter how hungry you are.

Yes, I find I do the samething if I dont feel good. But broccoli is very gassy so that may caused some issues, also the coke could of done it as well. Try nibble on some food, but not gasy type foods.

This is the most common thing happening to BPO People including me. Body needs energy every 2 hours so having 5 short meals within a space of 2 or 3 hours is the best thing for your body

Especially when you're hungry, don't mix eating foods fast because it may cause you to be bloated and maybe get a stomach ache.

One thing that can cause me stomach upset is when I drink a coke or any soda drinks.

I really agree with this sentence"don't stuff everything in all at once."Cause things will have conflict, such as cold things and hot things. So in order to take care of your stomach, don't stuff everything in all at once.

One of the best ways to do when your stomach stirs up is not to consume anything except warm pure water. When it gets better, start eating something soft. Do not eat noodle as it is not friendly with your stomach.

I would never mix all those different foods together to begin with. that alone must have done it. fish and ice cream oh no..
