I currently have a sleeping issue for the past two weeks, i've been sleeping too much (i think?) and it's actually starting to make me feel so stressed out. :( Here's what i've been doing: I go to bed early at night around 10pm (that's the earliest that i could come up with in an average since i'm actually an insomiac and i'm currently trying not to be), i lay down and don't really fall asleep as soon as i lie down in bed, it would probably take me around 20-45 minutes approximately until i guess i fall asleep and then wake up probably an hour or 2 afterwards to pee then sometimes i won't be able to fall back asleep soon so i think i would be awake for like 30-45 mins then fall back to sleep and then wake up again at around 6-7am then i'll actually have trouble getting up because i still feel like i need more sleep then i sleep until around 10am when i'm fully awake _

Yes, I do get stressed out too when I oversleep. This is because I will surely wake up late against my alarm time. Meaning, I have to do a double effort to speed up things for me to get late. Imagine the stress of minimizing your shower time, reducing or even cutting your breakfast time and running and banging into the train just to get in and be spare of another disciplinary action due to tardiness! Well, as my advice, you better work out your sleeping patterns first. Try to force the issue to embed the sleeping pattern that you need. Maybe that too much sleep has kicked in due to some mispattern in your sleeping habits. That is why your body needs to adjust. Move over and try to revert it back to normal by not exhausting yourself and through meditation. Breathing exercises can help you out. Another thing is go out into a vacation with mother nature. It can be a camp out or beach mode. Vacation with mother nature will help you synchronize your body and body clock to the natural setting that nature itself dictates. Try it out and I hope these ideas help you out.

Always take care of your body. As the old adage goes: "Health is Wealth". At least you are now trying ways to get back to your normal self. That is a start. Hope you find luck and the solution to your problem the soonest time possible.

I don't think sleeping is something to stress out over. From what you have explained it doesn't sound like you have a medical condition or something. I think the most important question would be, how do you feel? Do you feel ok? Do you feel healthy? If everything is in order, sleep peacefully now.

I am actually hoping i DONT have a medical condition lol :)) i've been reading some signs and symptoms online but i think it would be much more accurate to see a doctor (in which i am actually reluctant to unless i wouldn't be able to resolve this sleep issue) I don't really feel "healthy". every time i wake up i look like a mess __
