Are you happy for the most part? I have to say that I pretty much am. I know I could be a lot happier but life is so hard and time is so short daily. I am happy for the most part though. Are you? Why or why not?

I try cause one of the most important I learned was that happiness is a choice, of course depression is a real sickness and all and can happen and beat the person down but mostly we can change our thoughts and consequently our mood so our life and destiniy is really in our hands. I'm more a greateful person nowadays so I'm happy for the most part.

Each person has a number of receptors of happiness. More than likely these receptors have an important influence on you. Brain perceives what is pleasant and what is not pleasant. The way you think you can influence the happiness. Negative thoughts have to look with more detachment, just so you will successfully overcome. If you learn to be satisfied with our appearance, family, your home and your life in general, you feel more often these moments of happiness. If you mean you still happy. You're healthy, fulfilled and have everything you want. I think the best wish that I can tell someone is to be happy. Fortunately there is a lesson that to follow. What makes me happy will not make you too. But think about how you can amplify these moments.
