There are less than half of the month before I participate an important exam. These days, I have done some exercises, but this morning, after I did some exercises, I was angry with myself. The more exercises I do, the more mistake I make, I don't know whether I should continue to to my exercises and prepare for the exam. I have no confidence and I don't want to do any exercise any more. Do you have the same experience ? What do you do then?

it does not matter , you feel yourself relaxed is OK. And you have your brother , you can talk with him . though he can not help you some things, he can play a listener role. you do not worry about some things, you should happy day by day.

It's sounds that you lost your guts doing the same. Take some break and relax your self just to be get ready for the exam. Play your favorite game or go whenever that make you happy after that your will have a fresh mind.

Doing exercise helps unless that which is strenuous. Preparing for an exam is reviewing what you think might be contained in the test paper.

Civil service exam is not the same as we see in school, I don't think I have such talent to pass. Oh, it is too bad that I don't have such mood and confidence......

Don't push yourself too much. It will only stain you. I can relate here. What I do is do something other than the one I'm doing. Diversion is the word here. Relax and have a deep breathing exercise. Take a walk if possible. Maybe after a couple of minutes or hour, I may go back to my thing and be more focused on the details and my common mistakes. I hope you can make it. I know we can do anything if we have the determination. Good luck.

Thank you for your advise. Maybe after I have a walk or do something else, I will have the mood and confidence to continue my exercise. But it is too bored, I hate it......
