I am suffering from the problem of pimples at my back.

I am suffering from the problem of pimples at my back. Yes my face is clean but for so many years I am suffering the problem of pimples at my back. They are not good and I want to get rid of them. Do you have any experience like that and suggest me the remedy of this. I would be really very grateful to you. Thanks in advance.
