Hey i appreciate your discussion theme. Yeah happiness for me is enjoying every moment of my life in the best possible way, bringing smiles on others face, spreading love and affection around the world, achieving your goal and seeing others happy and glee at your achievement. What say?

happiness for me is success, and making others smile. I like to see people happy around me. Sometimes very small small things make me happy, like going out to movies, dinner out, candle light dinner. lol..

Yes,sometimes happiness is so easy. Maybe when you stay with your families, maybe when we see our country win the Olympic gold medals, maybe when we meet a friend......

Happiness is the perfect balance between self happiness and others joy...which is possible only if you communicate crystal clear....

I have learned finally how much responsibiltty I have for my own happiness. I really can think of something else when I'm thinking thoughts that I know, by now, only cause feelings of anger, resentment or fear. It is not so much a Pollyannnaish thinking positive thoughts thing as a "Don't go there" thing. Sometimes I ask myself, "If you wanted to be happy today, would you choose the thought you are having now?" If the answer is no, I think of something else. Usually I find that when I discard the negative thought, I get up and do something, so that a lot of time the process kind of naturally goes from thinking to doing and getting things done makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something and that makes me happier.
