Unexpected Grandchildren

I got up this morning after a really busy day yesterday.Walked miles with a friend in the morning then gardened and housework all afternoon.So this morning just one friend coming to lunch in the afternoon easy day.Having had my shower and breakfast,the phone went.Can you help me mum Katies not well and I have a funeral today,I said ok.Then the phone went again this time my son picked it up,Yes he said.Then he said we are having the dog as well.So there I was at nine am thinking a nice quiet day ,then 30 minutes later my house was full.I forget to mention my sons girlfriend is also staying at the moment.Not moaning really loved to have them.We all went for a nice walk and my grandaughter played in the park on the zip slide.love it all.Just sitting thinking whats going to happen tomorrow.!!

sOMETIMES I THINK THINGS unexpected things turn out better than if u had planned for them all to be there.So goes are nice quiet day we look so foreward to sometimes, lol.When u have kids no matter what age they are u never know what they are going to get u into. I'm sure glad i have them tho & know u are to.

It is really happy when your family visits you and stay in your home for quite time. Here in our home, it is really nice to have my mom and dad vvisits us. same with them when we visits theirs. They are really happy especially with our son. However, what is really sad is when they are leving us again and we are going back to usual, just the three os us and my son's nanny. Same with them, they are really sad when we visits there and leave them but I know they are happy because we tried to go to their home. I just hope that there will be a longer time for vacation so that they will really enjoy our stay there.

That is just so nice to hear how you visit each other and enjoy each others company.It is so good to have the grandparents in the childrens lives.I like to think passing on knowledge and listening to the grandchildren gives them the feeling of self worth.Makes the feel special and gives them confidence,Not everyone is lucky enough to be able to do that.So make the most of the grandparents babysitting, ect.

Yes, that's why when wew got home in our province or when my parents where here in our home, we cannot hold our son that much because they are really focused on him. They are really used most of their time babysitting on our son.

Tomorrow will be another busy day. If days are not busy we feel bored and it is the grand children who keep us engaged most of the time. enjoy. My grand son runs here and there and am not able to run after him to catch when I take him outside. so mostly we play in backyard. your grand children are good they play without running away from you.

Yes they are very good ,they are nine and seven so those chasing days are over.My daughter used to tell them "if you upset nanny,you will be sorry" She is very strict but adores them and worships the ground they play on but takes no nonsense she is a wonderful mother and daughter I am truly blessed.It is nice to hear of a grandfather playing with his grandchildren,they keep you young.When they grow up they will remember how much love and time you gave them.
