i try to check on my skin as it is getting too oily lately

i have always oily skin. but i am not happy with it. so i hope that with my modification on my diet that i would be able to change the condition of my skin that i would have much better skin complexion. so i will try to eat more vegetables and fruits and that i would try to exercise more to make my skin more healthy looking.

hi, that is true that our skin complexion will change depend upon the food we eat everyday,i also have oily skin so i avoid those food that has a high content of fats or oils,eating vegetables really help my skin to improve more even eating fruits.

Aside from eating healthy food you need to add at least 3-4 liters of water with your diet since it will cleanse your system very well. I also have oily skin before but I have been sticking to the water cleanse since its very effective on me.
