80's heavy metal

Dokken, Def Leppard, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Guns N' Roses, Poison... those were the days when metal was cool. I'm wondering if there's anybody here who share the same passion as I am about this kind of music.

Believe me, there are many people, and tons of them are in their twenties, who really love the 80's metal bands. I personally know of a few that are starting bands that are based on 80's metal. If you wish to recapture some of this, but hear new music, then you must try this link: www.youtube.com/watch?v=bgYJLr0kiCU This is Galneryus. Another band that you will love is Loudness. Search for Galnerus and Loudness on the net, or www.youtube.com. Believe me, Asian metal bands are some of the greatest bands in the world. You might not think it, if you have not experienced Asian Metal, but give it a try, and you may find yourself deeply interested and able to relive your love for 80's metal with musicians that are currently active and producing such music on a constant basis. Check out this awesomeness: www.youtube.com and search for "Galneryus - Requiem (LIVE) This is a MUST for all metal fans everywhere, an absolute must.

I love metal, not just the 80's even the new metal. The 80's band I like and until now I still follow them are Iron Maiden and Helloween. I still like Megadeth but I didn't follow them much. What good about this band is, they are still awesome both on studio and live. New metal band I like now are Nightwish, Dawn Of Destiny, Epica and Theocracy.
