hi guys, from a week I have noticed that my hair is falling. When I comb, lots of hair get stuck in the comb. I have very long hair and if i lose more, It will look very thin and I will have to chop it in the end. I really don't want to chop my hair, so if you guys have any solution to my problem please let me know. I am trying to apply egg white and lime for now as it will give protein treatment. Any other suggestions is welcome.

I undergo hair treatment from past three years. All I will say at first, believe it or not, tension, stress, worrying are the major contributors of your hairfall. Exclude them from your life as much as possible. Another thing might be pollution. Make sure your hair is clean. Do not attempt to comb them when they are dry and do not rub them heavily either. Applying curd, lime or anything of that sort which contains minor acids help you get dandruff free. Comb your hair atleast twice for proper blood circulation. I am from India. If you are from my country, I can give you some lotions' details which are medically preferred. Consult a skin specialist before it is late

Great if you are in Goa. I can tell you some sure shot lotions which really prove helpful. Though they are not advised without any doctors' prescription but me taking this treatment and its huge availability in market proves it worthy. Go for Minoxidil Tropical solution or ask for Mintop as it is commonly called in any medical shop. There are three varieties 2 %, 5% and 10% depending upon how bad your condition is. I advise you to start with 2 %. go through its manual and website for help. Also I was advised to reduce oil intake. In my case hormonal changes were also blamed. I advise you do practice some yoga exercises especially for this purpose. You will find information regarding many on internet. Try to lessen sun exposure of your hair and prevent it from dust too. For assistance you can visit this site : www.hairaware.co.in

im sorry ur hair is falling, friend. have u noticed any bald spots to ur scalp? if u do then i would tell u to see a dr right away. but its normal for a person-a woman- to loose hair strands when she brushes. and bathes. i take showers and i loose hair but i have no bald spots. my sister did have bald spots on her head but she was fine. shes in her late 20's and no longer suffers that.

hi Vero, Thank god I don't have bald spots. I Have lots of dandruff. Maybe that is the main cause of the fall. Any suggestions for dandruff control home remedies?

Hello, my hair is falling very much right now. I guess it is because of the season. But have in mind that the hair needs cuts in every 1-2 months. Just go and ask some hairstylist to cut only one finger of it, just to refresh her life this way. I would suggest you to eat healthy and full of vitamins food, if you are not doing it now. It also helps a lot.

I understand now. Well, I can share that last summer all about my health was so so great. I was eating mostly vegetables and fruits, and also was taking some pollen for making my immune system healthy. I don't know if the falling period just ended or our meals getting better effected to stop my hair falling, but I know what you mean, just few hours ago I saw it in my own hands while trying to move my hair in some other direction. It falls really bad.

I do cut my hair every 2 months, but still it is below my waist. I trim it myself because in the salon they cut it too short when i went for a trim last. I do need lots of green leafy vegetables. Back at home we have garden at home and so much of green vegetables i used to eat everyday. But now since I am away from home i don't get vegetables fresh like that.

Some companies of shampoo demands their shampoes has a power to prevent the problem.Did you try it at anytime? In my opinion it is false. I suggest you to buy some green tee, boil it with only plain water, and apply it to your head(hair) when it comes in cool.Do it regularly for 15-to-20 days.It can really help you.It is a very good external treatment.

Hi Riyauro I'm sorry to hear about your problem. Hair fall is caused by a lot of factors like stress, illness, genetics and wrong shampoo. If you're using a new shampoo then opt for a more gentle one. If you're in on a lot stress then try and relax a bit more. You can also get your hands on an Aloe Vera plant and apply it on your scalp at least 15 minutes before you shower. It will certainly help in preventing baldness. If it still doesn't work go and visit a scalp doctor. My cousin had to go to one because of all the treatments she had for her hair. She was given a special shampoo and medicine to apply on her scalp and her hair loss already decreased. I hope to hear great news from you!

I have a friend who started to lose her hair, and it turned out that it was because she was suffering from stress. As soon as she realised that it was what was wrong, she was able to take some steps to reduce the amount of stress that she was under, and she soon found that her problem got a little bit better. Maybe this is the case with you? You should think about the things that are stressing you out in life, and see if there is anything that you could possibly do to make the situation better. If there was, then you might find that it would improve your hair at least a little bit.

Eat fruits daily, drink enuough water and do exercise daily. Your losing hair may be due to hormonal disfunction. I'll suggest to take natural remedies and consult your doctor.
