I had a weird dream but what did it mean?

I remmembered the almost the entire dream. I was staring up in the sky and saw God and a warrior holding something like a weapon, they are standing and facing close to each other, they are both floating in the air and glowing. The situation was like they are preparing for a battle of the powerfulls, the sky was kind of dark like it was gonna rain or a battle was already going on. Then I saw my neighbour she pointed out the dust that turned into a tiny soldier. When I looked up again, I saw a bunch of angels in heaven( i dont really know if heaven exist but i base it in what i saw in the movies). Some of them are entering a room, then I saw my self outside in a classroom I was in the school, then I was in heaven with the angels, I was on the doorway, singing along with the others, then I heard the song From this Moment by Shania Twin vividly. One of the angels talked to me but I don't really know what she said. Then I woke up it was already 10 am. The night before I drift of to sleep. The last thing was Please God I've been praying for this for a very long time. Can you help me this time? I don't know if my dream was a message or if it was positive or negative. All i know was I got kind of scared.

I am not an expert about dreams but I also dream and everytime it happens I always make sure that I record all my dream symbols, as what I've read from your discussion it seems that your dream symbols would be God, heaven, sky, angels and other things. I always believe that dreams can speak of our reality, so try to imagine your dream, Are you in a position of wanting something that need's an immediate answer? Are you going into struggle that you prayed so hard to God just toresolve it? Dreams can sometimes be your repressed feelings, are you hiding something from others? and I think you are now battling life in which you don't know what to do.. I hope this helps you in some ways.

Hi,
I guess your right, I feel confuse at the moment and doubtful with my decissions I'm afraid of failing again and I don't know what to do, I feel like my life has no direction. I have always pray to God about something and I was given the opportunity in the past to have it but I was so dumb and weak and let it go. I really regreted my actions, and now I am scared I wont be given the chance again.

I am also struggling today because of work, family, and other stuff, I always keep my faith to the Lord because I know eventually all these things will be gone soon.. Whatever problems you're dealing right now, don't lose hope. God knows what to do about it you'll just have to wait..Smile always :)

Do not be afraid. You had a good dream. Everyone would envy you to have this kind of dream. You saw God in your dream, that is great. In fact God is fighting to protest us. May be the warrior is the demon. As for the angels they do exist on the heaven. I did have similar dream some years ago. This tormented my mind the whole day. Then I thought positive things to happen to me. God is here to protect us and he is protecting you.

Thank you for the comforting reply, the warrior was actually in God's side I guess. :)
It was the situation in the dream that's actually bothering me. But I guess thinking positive is a eeally good idea.

Well, a dream can be merely a dream. As you said, before you fell asleep you were praying, you were thinking about God. This can caused you to dream about God. It is very common and I experienced such dreams before. Of course, I am not totally denying that it may be a message from God asking you to keep your faith and work things out. Perhaps you should forget about the dream and if there is really something more, I am sure that there will be other signs.

The brain has a process of unwinding itself and it results in dreams most of the time.Some dreams seem really unrelated and scary but it could be interpreted as the impressions created in our subconscious mind by activities that we do in our daily life.If you had a brush with something religious or persons talking about God,there is a real possibility that dreams such as yours could have happened.There is nothing to be afraid of and the feeling that it could be some kind of premonition is totally baseless and unscientific.
