What do you do to stay fit and healthy?

Whenever I do have the time,me and my girlfriend go during weekends on a marathon oval near us to jog. But these days, it's always raining so I just skip rope inside my room.

hi, the things that i do to stay fit and healthy is to eat food that are really rich of vitamins and nutritious,and also do exercise in the morning at least thirty minutes,sometimes i walked going to the main road from to my house and that is my everyday routine.

I was diagnosed with Parkinson's so I can't have anything strenuous going on, but I try to walk everyday, sometimes to the shop. What keeps me healthy that I have now replaced one meal where for either supper or lunch I have what is called brain food. In a small grinder I put raw almonds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, a few red raisins, a dash of kunji and I grind it for less than 20 seconds. I put three big dollops of Greek yogurt in a bowl, put the powdered nuts over it, and eat it. I eat it as soon as it is made as the nuts and seeds are live for only a few minutes. I love it. I feel healthy and the seratonin in the mixture goes straight to my brain. Try it.
