Ultoo is a valid site or scam?

Hello friends. Please do some research & tell me that ultoo is a legit site to recharge mobile or its just a scam. I am trying to recharge my mobile after earning 10.55 rupees but its not recharging. I don't know it is because of technical problem or something else. Please do discuss.

Yes. I recharged my number with it & its so fast in recharging numbers except airtel.
