A Little Too Not Over You

To begin with, the title isn't all about David Archuleta's song but it's all about my lamentations regarding my studies. First question, have you ever experience failing the exam or quiz even how hard you study? It's so frustrating right? After all the effort, time and resources you put on and you still fail. This event is too overwhelming that to some extent I cry. I know that crying cannot change my score anymore, but i just can't help but cry. How do I get rid of this crying stuff?

Crying will relieve the pain you're feeling, but it'll not detect the real problem that lies within you. Figure out where you went wrong and why things didn't work out the way you wanted it to. Is it because you've worked hard only at the last minute? Or else? I'm just giving an example. Stay strong.

Perhaps you're right. I'll make sure to detect these real problems next time. thanks:)

i could imagine your frustration in this case. it is very normal and understandable why you cry. when you put your efforts and you thought and expected that your efforts would be rewarded, that is the perfect condition for deep frustration. crying is no childish act that you will outgrow. you will simply become strong and matured that you are able to control and manage it.

I guess it is better to cry it out that hold it in. I've tried holding it in once and I almost punched someone in the face. Hahaha. I was testy during those time.
