How much it will cost to open a new PTC site

My friend and i planning of having our own PTC site where anyone can make earnings from it though i don't know how to start and how much it will cost. Does anyone knows at least an estimate and where to get a website done for PTC. I wanted to run PTC as longer as that with neobux but i know i can bet neobux for being long in here but at least as legit as them so that everyone will enjoy their earnings specially from their hard work, i know how much others want to have an online income as i used too specially to those unemployed.

Where thinking it will only cost of around one thousand at least the maximum all in all not just the website but also for the domain and everything but i guess its expensive lol

30K, really? First off if you wanted to, you could host it on your home computer and your staff could be you. That costs 0. But if you want to give it a shot, why not try out a buxhost site, that costs you $25/month.
