Since we came to this place about a month ago, I have been using mosquito net when I go to sleep at night. among the group, I am the only one using this thing. After a month, I've heard my group mates complaining about mosquito bites. I am already expecting this thing to happen as we are presently staying in a small village where the people's primary source of living is by planting rice and other agricultural products. So I know from the start that there is a possibility of having mosquitoes around. Aside from the fact that we are not staying in an air conditioned room. Thanks God that I have this mosquito net with me whenever I go out of town. So when they know that using a mosquito net when sleeping is good, they decided to but also their own. How about you my dear friends, do you also use mosquito net when sleeping at night?

Yes I agree with you friend. If you have mosquito around then one should always use a mosquito net when sleeping. It is safe to be not bitten by a mosquito rather than getting infected by very dangerous diseases like maleria or dengu. I don't know why people don't like to sleep in a mosquito net. I feel good and safe to sleep in a mosquito net at night. I will say you did the correct thing of using a mosquito net.

As per my own experience and judgement I would say that people don't use mosquito net while sleeping because 1. It feels suffocating at the beginning. 2. Only limited cool air from the fan gets inside. The above opinion are just my thoughts. Cheers

They might have not known that there are new kinds of mosquito nets already that are just like curtains and very comfortable to use.

In our home here in bulacan, we don't have mosquito nets since there are no mosquitoes in our room. When we used to go to our province, we have to use mosquitoes at night to prevent from mosuito bites. One funny thing about myself is that I used to have mosquitoes net covering my feet before having blanket. I am used to have this not until I got married because my wife does not want me to have that in our sleep. I still keep the mosquito net given to me by my grandmother since I reside in their home during my first year in college. I guess there are also celebreties like me that are really fond of having mosquito nets when they sleep.

I live in a city.. And i do not have many insect problems here.. Whenever i go to the outskirts of the city, i make sure that the mosquito repellants are always around me.. And yea.. Even i use the mosquito nets sometimes when the repellants are of no use.. :)

The mosquitoes are quite annoying and disgusting. If it is available, sometimes it is too difficult for you to have a good sleep. They not only bite you, but also have the noisy sound. Fortunately there are no more mosquitoes at my home since it is in the 15th floor. It is too high for the mosquitoes to go to. However, sometimes I wonder they may go here with the elevator. I love China

Wow! That was a very high building! Mosquitoes will not be able to fly that high unless of course they are too intelligent to use the elevator. lol. Well, thank you for responding.

No I have never used a mosquito net for sleeping! I don't need to! The mosquito's are not bad around my home. When i get to the stable where I work once in awhile, the mosquitos sometimes are pretty bad during the summer! If I remember to I use repellent like OFF to keep the bugs off!

We have a different situation here in the village because I think repellents will do no good against these deadly mosquitoes. Thank you for sharing your opinion on this matter. Have a nice day!

here in the city we don't use mosquito net since the room is covered with nets even our windows. With that i'm already confident that no mosquito can get inside. However if i will go home in our province...we usually use it inorder to protect ourselves. Also it's better to be preventive as the saying goes.Prevention is better than cure...As to our weather now, I gues that's the best for us to do.It will serve as a prevention by dengue.

mosquito net - It is very helpful to use a mosquito net in summer to avoid being bitten by mosquitoes.
It is clever of you to have predicted this sort of thing from happening before going to the country. I am not used to sleep in a mosquito net, but I have screen doors and windows and use mosquito coil with the air conditioner on. This way we seldom have mosquitoes in our apartment. I hate mosquito bites, but sometimes when we are outside, it is hard to avoid being bitten by mosquitoes. Once bitten, I always use a kind of perfume to help with the itchy bite by mosquitoes. Take care.

I also use mosquito net when we go to sleep because it is not only the mosquito that we are preventing from biting us but also some animals that fly during night time. We cannot see the insects that fly during night time because we are asleep so when we are under the mosquito net we are being protected. I am so thankful to the one providing the mosquito
