Problems With Creating a Chart

Part of the outputs required from our group is the over all report of the activities we had conducted in this town/municipality. These include a chart which up to now, I could not figure out what particular program to use in order to make it easier for us. I have been trying to use the ms excel program but I can not adjust the size of the circles. My group mate is also trying to use the photoshop but I don't know if it will be helpful. We need to incorporate the said chart in our report. The chart which consists of 5 circles seems hard for me to adjust the width and I can not control the text therein. I would like to solicit the advise of our friends who might have an idea about this matter. I would appreciate your responses. Thank you.

Microsift excel can be so helpful in this matter. User friendly as it seems. What version are you using? Any latest version can handle such adjustments. If you need more help on this, you may ask an engineer if their CAD - Computer-aided design can do something on your report. It's an advacned software to assist in the creation, modification, analysis or optimization of a certain design. Hope you can fix that in time. Any more problem, let me know. Thanks

I am using the 2007 version. The problem is that I can not adjust the size of the 3rd circle.

hi, If you are using Excel, have you tried the Pie Chart Option? They can be used for showing the % as well as in case you need a perfect circle, this could be tried. Hope the data is also saved in excel file. So it could be clubbed in a chart form. Also the number of categories can be clearly differentiated. Best of luck.
