I like Folgers Classic Ground Roast and almost nothing else but it's not always available here in Trinidad so I need to know how to make a great cuppa when I cannot get my favorite brew. How do you do that ?

I prefer Folgers as well, although my favorite is the Custom Roast. However, that brand is more expensive than others so I don't always pick it up. When I have to pick up a cheaper brand, I use this trick to make it taste like gourmet. Actually, I like it so well, that I often do it with Folger's. Anyway, when you set up the coffee, sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the grounds. I don't measure. I just shake the bottle 2-3 times. It depends on taste, so you'll have to experiment a bit. If you just use a little, your coffee will taste like a much better brand without tasting of cinnamon. Use a little more to get more cinnamon flavor in your coffee.

hello! Well, for everyone there is always a different way. First of all, there is a great website called www.makegoodcoffee.com. This site has many options on how to purchase online, how to brew and the different types of brewing methods that are available. I am a huge lover of coffee. I have a hard time handling it, in that it makes me hold water. As a result of the coffee making be a little bloated, I had to give it up. But I love it just the same. For me, I just used the instant variety, and used to try different methods to taste. for example, there were times I'd take the instant coffee, and put it in a cup, without water, and add sugar, and some cocoa to it and put it in a blender. It made a very fine mix and for me, I think it tasted a little different. But when I made my instant coffee 'recipies' I always blended the ingredients first, to make a fine powder. for me, that worked just fine, and I seemed to think that it made the coffee taste just a little better, different, and more whole. Of course, that is just in the taste buds of my mind :D. There are many options on www.youtube.com as well, just do a search for coffee and you'll see the many recipies that they have
