Are we ready for K to 12 Basic Education Program in the Philippines?

In my own perception, Philippines are not ready for K to 12 Basic Education Program in the Philippines. The transition phase of High School to this program is too drastic. I've noticed that the reference books for this new program are not sufficient to cover the changes in High School. The process should not be done in a trial-and-error system, since the educational system are not that automated for transition. Lately, most of the teachers are undergoing seminars, in spite of this, the classes are on going in a regular basis.

@Shavkat I can't really say I know what you mean so I apologise for that as it seems our schooling systems differ from how it is here. But I am sorry to know that this program isn't all that good. Seems a lot of schooling systems weren't thought through properly. Not good considering schools are quite important for children.

Basically, my country adapted the educational system like in the USA. It starts from primary to the middle to the high school level. Before, we don't have a middle school.
