WWE is totally scripted and it's so obvious that all what happens is scripted and there is nothing real at all but dont people know that?why people go to watch it and pay money and they know that it's scripted and that always john cena wins?also now the wrestling became so boring because of daniel bryan and CM punk and A J it became boring not like what we used to watch of HHH and shawn michaels and these people so why people go to watch all of this and pay money?dont they know that it's scripted?

Real wrestling fans know its a show, real wrestling fans dont cre because they love the athletic abilities of the performers.....and real wrestling fans hate the current watered-down pathetic excuse for WWE. Real wrestling fans respect the sacrifices and pains these guys go through for the fans....and 80 percent of fans you see in the audience wouldnt know who invented the move adopted by DDP,Orton or Steve Austin.......it was John Laurenitis. Complain all you want like youre smarter than all of us,but real wrestling fans have known that before you lerned to walk upright.

well WWE its in the name "world wrestling entertainment". so i dont undertand either why people go and pay money, i can imagine they understand its scripted but then so is a performnce on the stage at a theatre and people pay money to see that. I personally wouldnt pay money to see it as i think the acting isnt that great, when i can watch it for free online or on my tv.

the acting is not great at all every time i watch john cena i laugh because of his "you cant see me "move as if you look well you will see him hiiting the floor not the head of the player and he has a sequence that is repeated every match

I never watch WWE... i think most people knew that it was scripted. The reason why some of them still paid for it maybe the same as the reason why people watch movies and operas. Maybe WWE is like opera for action fan.

From thr first moment I saw the show on television about ten years ago, immediately I realized that it is just a show. It is not a true fight and every thing has been scripted just as you said. However, people around still enjoy the show so much. Perhaps it's due to human's nature that enjoys looking at fights and matches, from chicken to human. Or perhaps they like to watch the almost naked girls and muscular men.

WWE is definitely obviously scripted. Every now and then on Raw things happen that weren't meant to because it is live, but for the most part it is scripted. But honestly if people know that and are still paying to see it or even just watching it on tv it is because they don't care that it's scripted. I watch WWE every week religiously. I know it's scripted and what I watch for is the storyline. Yes, I will agree the stoylines are not nearly as good as they used to be, but it is still exciting every now and then. But going to see it live is a whole different experience. If you've never seen Raw live then you can't possibly argue that it isn't exciting. The excitement when you're there and watching it on television are completely different. I would give watching it on tv a 2, but give seeing it live a 10. It's a rush watching it and feeling the vibration of the room as other members of the audience cheer on their favorites. For me seeing other people and how they react to it is enough to make me want to go again and again. It's not whether or not it's fake. It's the excitement in whatever way it comes to you.

Wrestling is scripted for a reason. It is entertainment. Have you ever seen a boxing or MMA match that only lasts 30 seconds? It happens all the time because its real and people feel cheated because they paid $50 for less than a minute of entertainment. Wrestling tells stories (granted not all of them are good). They draw feelings out of people. Personally, I feel WWE has become dull and predictable. They try to please the fans instead of entertaining them.

A lot of people may not know it is scripted and I do not blame them. These WWE superstars take a lot of risks while performing in WWE matches. Some of them get injured while performing, so some people may believe that WWE is real.
