I wonder why Mylot didn't reach the popularity it truly deserved. Why?

I wonder and just a bit upset, why Mylot didn't become as popular is it should be.243,980 members is cool. But it is not even the fraction of Facebook population which is almost a billion. I believe, this wonderful writing Site deserves better than this. Where can you see a site where you make money while having fun writing.

Some of the very best sites and places to make money usually come with less popularity. I'm not saying that Mylot is less popular, but it is one of the best kept "secrets" out there. If it was not as popular as it is, then there would be no one here. I think it's nice to find a place where one can just write about anything and let their writing flow. Mylot seems to allow this. It's great to have a place where people can write about what is on their mind without having to be penalized. If you really want more people to know, then help get Mylot out there. Let's start by telling others about this amazing site. Mylot deserves to be known.

Money is always nice, but this site is not "work". Those that come here just for the money are not seeing Mylot for what it really is. It IS a social network in it's own way, and making money is the perk of it. I'm here to expand my knowledge, to get to know others and to write about things that interest me and others. It's not about the money.

i also wonder why Mylot didn't reach the popularity like on Facebook site,maybe it because in Facebook are purely social networking only and every one could registered even child,and aside from that they dont have a responsibility to response and create discussion too,while on mylot they need because they should earn money.

it is true that face book and mylot are for different purposes. People socialize more on face book and all sorts of things happen on face book for example, pages, fans, groups and people are all there for all different purposes but mostly to socialize and to keep updated with family and friends.
Mylot on the other hand is for discussions where you get paid for it. Before I knew mylot, I used to go on face book more often and then one day I was bored of it because there is no hope in Face book. We have Hope here in mylot that we are going to earn something. This is for me personally because I wasn't doing any business on face book or earning anything from there.
