Help, I need to stay in a routine. How?

Am simply not into routines. I can't keep up with a routine. Like, I bought a Witch Hazel toner so I can start a daily beauty routine but after a couple of weeks, I stopped doing it. During my first few weeks in my new unit, I started a routine to clean the place everyday, but then it changed. Now, I barely can sweep the floor. My plants are experiencing drought only because I fail to water them on a regular basis. I can't keep my closet neat. I can't even keep my stuffs arranged so at least I won't have to keep arranging them everyday. Even drinking water for my own good, I can't keep up doing. Oh my! I don't mean to rant but well...I sound like now. It's just sometimes it gets frustrating that there's something you badly so want to do for your own good and welfare yet it's simply hard to do especially if it's not innate in you. How can I ever maintain a routine? It's not that am a spontaneous person. Oh well. But, don't get me wrong. I don't wanna hate myself for this. I promised myself not to detest myself for anything. I am work in progress. And maybe, a process will always be a process. Maybe, there are no short cuts to things. But, maybe, too...there's some suggestions that you can give me that might can help. ^_^

I suggest that you make a list of the things you do everyday and stay on this list until your body gets the hang of doing the things in the list... This way you will not forget the things you need to do... Another is to keep in mind the benefits that the routine gives you... I hope I have given you some ideas on how to go about your routine...

Nice suggestion and I also follow this because my memory is weak and always forget to complete important work so make a list of full day work and check the list and complete the work.

Try to discipline your self more, i bet you really lack discipline on doing simple routines. Always think that you can do it and never give up sometimes we feel lazy about doing stuffs like that but when we think that we need to do it, our body becomes active as the minds says. but if you think negative just like " oh, it can be done tomorrow" well it is not good.
