it is not something you can sit on with confidence as it may crush or the leg might be broken. as it is not that as strong as before. specially i am quite heavy and so i am careful. but my father is not heavy so he can sit on the chair. but still so he can still sit safe i just have him seat on the sofa . as it is much bigger and with better support for his back and he can sleep on that also.
