VANITY. Is it a PAIN or a GAIN?

The pains of vanity as the saying goes. Imagine walking with those sky rise shoes all day or spending time in front of the mirror putting on that layers of make up and making sure not a strand of hair is out of place. Apparently the pain is nothing comparing to the gain. that is validation. As a social being we need to be appreciated. for a vain person, it does not matter how much he spends or the physical ache he/she must endure. As long as it makes them feel good, more confident hence happier. What else matters when you're happy?
