Hello to all, I just want to post this question: when do you say the word "I love you"
and will you say it to your boyfriend/girlfriend at this point?
I just want to know because I don't know whether it is appropriate at this time.

I guess there is really no particular time in saying I love you, for me saying I love you must be felt, it must be seen, heard not only by your eyes but your heart as well. Of course I'll say I love to my partner, we're together for 4 years now..If you really feel to say I love you to someone, do it.. for tomorrow might be too late..
