Is Experts 123 a paid to write site?

I heard of experts 123 from a twitter message. Is it a paid to write site? I did not see any options for pay, that is why I am asking. Is anybody here a member there? Please share your experience.

Hi Sreekutty, never heard of this site before.
I am rather wary about new and unproven site.
There are many writers getting scammed online, so I am rather selective about posting my articles only at sites that pay.
Just hope that you find good site that pays well.
