after a long time I lifted my 2kg dumbbells to do exercise

Finally after a long time I used the dumbbell to do some hand or arm exercise. I need to do it everyday now. Hope i can continue with it without fail. What kind of exercise do you do? and how often? Do you like to exercise or are forced to? lol

My boyfriend is always saying that I need to tight up my body a bit and he wants for me to start making something about it. He even joke very often, that I start having granny arms, because all we do is staying at home and working online. To be honest, all I was doing was to lift up and down my legs and to squat like 20 times a day. I am not fat, just my body start loosing shape, because all I do is at home, even cleaning and going up and down on our stairs for million times a day doesn't help a lot, because we are not eating healthy. If I start doing something, it will be during the cooler seasons. Now in the summer it is so hot, that I am little lazier. I do the most needed, but that's all.

Time ago, few years actually, it was enough for me to just walk around from the bus station to work and then again from work to the bus station. I was eating home made food (mom is cooking delicious) and during the days food prepared outside, which is not very healthy, but still I could stay fit and in good shape. Now I go out and get back, we are living on 5th floor and have no elevator at the moment, since probably 2 months ... And walking doesn't help. I guess it's different with everyone who knows.

oh walking up and down 5 floors is quite alot for everyday I guess.. I have step at home but five six only. kitchen is five steps down from dinning room so i make so many ups and down but its not helping me either. yeah it is different for different people. I have friends who keeping whole day but still are so so thin and me I don't that much but still chubby.

it is the skin type of some people that the skin is soft and lose. You need is tone only. I don't know how come my body is tight. I need to do very vigorous exercise to lose weight. I have very stubborn fat in my body. hmm summer makes us lazy for sure.thanks for sharing . have a good day

Well i love to do exercises. Though i do not indulge in heavy exercises or hitting a gym but i make it a point to go for either a morning or an evening walk. It gives me a lot of relaxation and sense of relief for the entire day.

Not now. But years ago, i was a regular gymmer. I introduced weight exercises to my friends while studying at school when they had wrong opinion on weight exercises. I easily the won 1st place in weight lifting too with my slim body beating up the giants as i had the power with regular weight lifts. Those days i usually do workouts 5 days in a week and 1 hour exercise a day. I will do workout with proper routine by diving the body parts like monday - back, tuesday - chest, like this.. Now i am not even touching dumbells and body not in good health too. Will start my regular exercise very soon and will never stop hereafter. I love doing exercises which keeps us fresh, energetic and fit always. But one should not fail the diet doing heavy weight exercises. Else they will go only weak.

Bodybuilders always follow the formula of Exercise 40% - Diet 60%. So this shows how much important the diet is.. Hope you will have regular exercises hereafter as it is always good for health. Have a nice time!

I feel good to know about you. I also like exercise but laziness over powers me sometimes. It was I time when I used to walk 6kms a day and now am so lazy to get out. I have started at home now and slowly I will start my regular walk too. Have to keep up with the diet, it is true. I have a friend who was over doing it. Obsessed to lose weight and went weak because her diet was not proper. Anyway thanks for sharing with us. have a wonderful day.

Hi, We have a morning walker at home. It is a kind of exercise equipment to be used for 15 minutes twice a day. I am using that and I also do few free hand exercises daily. I am planning to buy dumbbells soon as I intend to get my arms more toned. I have put on some weight since I stopped exercising and was eating out many times a month and so I have started on these now. I hope they will show benefits soon. Hope both of us can continue with our endeavors without any breaks.

oh that is good exercise, I wish we can do it. please let us do it without break. I too have gained calories like crazy these days. I need to put off now. I can't believe it is me gone fat.

I lift my coffee cup hundreds of times each day. That's quite enough strenuous activity for me! Oh yes, almost forgot - I press the button on my computer to start it . That's really exercise!
