Keep my chin up

During these two months, I came across kinds of difficulties that I haven't met before. I felt frustrated and depressed sometimes. My heart is so weak that I couldn't help to burst into tear. Actually, I know I shouldn't be that and I ought to become stronger and change my mentality to be well. Fortunately, I am so appreciated that my boyfriend is always together with me and tries to encourage me. I really would like to say "thanks" to him from my heart. In fact, the difficulties I meet now are smaller than those of others in the world. So I believe I will be able to overcome it if only keeping my chin up and advancing bravely. What do you think?

I think you are doing the right thing. It is all right to cry because it is a way of letting go of the pain and hurt that you keep inside. It is a form of therapy. It is good to know that you also have your special someone who is supporting you through this process. If you also have the chance to talk to your family, it is better. The more support you have, the faster you will recuperate.

You are right. The family members and my friends are my supporting. They also support me all the time as well. I highly appreciated that I have them be my side and take care of me. I believe I am quite luckier than most of people around the world. Thank you very much for your supporting, too.

Having people we love and who love us around us could really help for us to be brave enough to face the challenges in life. They could serve as our support system. We better thank then for that. Always remember that no matter what challenges in life we will face, always face it chin up and trust God that everything will be okay.
