hello guys,
Damn shame, even with our recent business, we still manage to experience disconnection. but it's not that we don't have a choice, it's just that i forgot to remind the last months bill. but the good news is that i was able trace the date and it was this last june
I should have been more active than i should. but with the disc. i was able to help my mom and got the job done fast. promise myself not to lag again in mylot because i can't help myself but feel lazy after a few post

hi,
i think that everyone experienced this disconnection,the always thing happen to me is i forgot to pay my mobile phone bill,i thought i already paid it but it wasn't,until they disconnect my line and checked it to the office i found out that i still didn't pay the last bill.

Aren't you receiving the bills monthly?
Besides, the company/network agents are calling us to remind the payment...
Actually I just received a call yesterday reminding me of my bills...hehehe

Woops! Well now that you've experienced it you can figure out a way to remind yourself. Maybe put it in your phone's calendar. I do that if I know I need to remember something. I'm terrible with due dates lol, I feel all... I don't know.. but yeah..

The way I remember my bills is I have a calendar with each days bill marked clearly and also a print out of all my bills each month what is due and what date(including credit cards). Nothing worse than being late and getting slapped with a fine. Don't worry too much as mistakes happen, you got to move forward.

hi LK,
This happened to us we don't forget it but the bill did not arrive at our home so the next day we don't have a net connection I called them to find out we did not pay our bills I told the agent that we don't receive any bill but it shows to their record that a certain person receive it but his name is not familiar to me 
.
The same day we pay the bill.
