NeoPaid PTC

I was doing my usual routine of clicking ads on Neobux when I came across a new PTC site. It's called NeoPaid and it exactly has the same interface as Neobux. I was even confused for a while 
before realizing that it was a different PTC site. I haven't encountered this PTC site before and so I did a search on myLot if anyone has ever opened up a discussion about this. Didn't come up with any results though.
The ad I clicked on Neobux before it took me to the NeoPaid site had this wording:

Has anyone here ever been a member of NeoPaid? If so, what are your thoughts about the site? If not yet a member, would you care to join?

Some days ago I found another site named NEOBUX, with all letters in capital type. It isn't seen now. Similarly, I think an imitation is possible here and need sometime to see, whether it is legit or not?

I've only seen this site today also so I'm not sure. They have the same layout and almost the same name. I wonder if ther eis a reason for that? Like maybe to scam people? I'm not very trusting, I'll just wait and see if it's legit or not before deciding if I want to sign up for another site

Yes i also have this link and opened it when saw your discussion.However,In some factors it is like neobux but in some factors it is not like neobux.I don't know about this site.I am seeing this site first time.May be they are trying to attract more visitors with having a look like neobux.I think if this site is paying it should go scam very early.Because,i saw many sites with this look which goes scam.

That's what I thought too - that they are trying to attract more visitors. Maybe some admin from Neobux left the latter and planned to do his own business by maximizing on the Neobux interface since Neobux is already popular.
