Before anyone can get hired for a job, he / she should pass the job interview. However, it is not always easy to give the right answers to every question asked by the recruiter. Are the interview questions all the same, or can an applicant prepare for the job interview and make ways to impress the recruiter?

Preparation is the key. The day before the interview, it is important that you review your resume, and think of the possible questions that the recruiter may ask you. The recruiter may ask you to elaborate on some things you put on your resume, and ask questions that will determine how fit you are for the job.
