have you ever been in a relationship which did not work out, and you were left with a broken heart ? how did you get over the pain of losing your loved one, how long did it take for you to start on with your life and go ahead with everything. i have recently gone through a bad breakup with someone i used to love for a very long time, now they have hurt me and hurt me very deeply, i feel like i wont be able to fall in love again, and that nobody else will be able to take the spot that i had given this person in my heart, i am a very shy guy so basically i also fear that i will be left alone, that i will never find anyone again and these thoughts make it all the more painful.

Yes, I think most of the people have their hearts broken. So do I . And then it take one year and a half to start on with my life and go head with everything. It really hurts me.

having your heart broken is one of the hardest things to experience but i believe time heals all wounds. what you are feeling is normal. give yourself time and take one day at a time. go out with your friends or do things you don't normally when you were still in relationship. keep yourself occupied. got my first broken heart when i was in high school and thought will never love again but after two years i fell in love with another guy. had it broken again last year and the pain is just the same as the first one. but this time, i am wiser....i know i will find love again, and so would you!

I've been hard broken several times yeah, which hurt so much, especially when you are at the receiving end. It takes time for the wound to heal and also depending on how you can cope with it. One lesson I learnt is to find activities that could occupy your time. Example: going out with your friends, with your families,etc... Minimize the change being alone.
