I just joined kickboxing, my first class was tonight and it kicked my butt! anyway, I am going at my own pace and it's a really great environment. I signed up for a 12 month membership unlimited classes. Let the fun, and the pain begin. It combines cardio, strength and every part of your body. Have you tried this as a exercise program. What do you do to work out all of your body? I find running in a gym then going weights can get boring, this is more fun.

Hi guys, It is awesome, we have all ladies and some coed classes. On the cost, it is less for a longer time commitment so thats partly why I chose a 12 month. Of course with a class of 12 people all together working with one another it there is some accountability. healthier is my goal, also eating well its strange how once youve eaten healthy for about a week these foods that didnt taste great seem so delicious like the sweetness is really pronounced. good luck to you both!

Kickboxing is a amazing exercise, but sometimes it will get hurt easily,so dear monkmano pls be careful,I like kickboxing as well and this exercise will work out all of my body, and I always think that the kickboxing player is very cool especially who can get the black belt.

hey! yes i dont want to get injured, i am going at my own pace. but i have experience in karate i earned my black belt over 8 years ago so i have some knowledge of how to do the moves properly (though some differences) i like this place because i can go slower to get back in it and work at my own level each day. also great place to socialize! thats what i loved about karate having a common interest. so youve tried it? have you ever been injured? and do you have a belt system, at this gym its more of a fitness and technique based program no belts or sparring. all the best!

i would like to try it out but im scared that it would hurt more than it would help. a friend of mine had to get a surgery due to a brain hemorrhage after a session.

Hi, I wonder was your friend fighting. At my gym there is no sparring only bag work, so it is definitely possible to find that if you wanna try it do a little research. From what ive seen there isnt much possibility of injury if you perform the moves/punches correctly ie dont bend your wrist. i encourage you to check it out. i really enjoy martial arts and am excited to get back in it -- starting non competitive and nonsparring.

wow 12 months I am sure that will motivate you more, any way as long as you keep moving actively and your heart goes faster you are burning up calories. Right now I try to download some work out video, I try to watch insanity workout but it looks really really hard but they said that local artist such as Angel Locsin and Kaye Abad have doing it so I guess it was effective also.
