is borat that funny?

I saw Borat and was deeply shocked and disgusted. I know it is a satire and supposed to make fun of people's prejudices however, how many people get that point. It demonizes Jews, people of East European descent, blacks and redneck Americans. There are a few funny moments in the movie, such as the chicken in the subway and the reaction of the passengers. I also would like to know how he tricked the Americans in the movie to give their opinion so frankly. I expect a lot of law suits from it. Furthermore there is already fallout from this movie. Recall the comedian Richards who openly used vile language and racial ephitets to insult black Americans who heckled him. Once the public thinks it is o.k. to be outragious we will see a lot more of it.

The film is quality, The funniest parts are the people he talks to in the states. their reaction to his comments. The is also a lot of irony in the film with his remarks to the jewish as he is jewish himself.

Yea.. He is indeed quite funny
