Do you someone who doesn't have ambition in life?

Maybe I'm crazy asking this kind of question but I'm just curious of what's happening around. When I was a kid I was a dreamer, really. I work hard in school to attained my ambition. I do believe that school is my way to reached my dreams. Luckily, after all the hardships in school, landed a job and have a better life. Thank GOD for His wisdom.

I think no..you are not crazy at all...yessss i don't have ambition in my life....I m working in a bank...so i just work..but i don't have a ambition..Others have meant for my friends...Don't know why ..he he But i have a life goal..It's actually...i want know all the things about GOD...really i need only that...i love it...when we stay with GOD's presence we don't need anything...

Yeah i like to do as pastors..i meant serve to God..i really like ..but do you know my dada is Islam..and my mother is Buddhist.. so what do you think he he...I knew about Jesus..I asked God to show me the way...He showed me..Really it's an awesome happened..i knew every thing step by step..God is...He's alive my friend..He answered for my every prayer..like he is walking and talk to me..When i say to my parents they can't believe this..So many things happened..I ll write it later..
definitely i pray to your aunty...She will be in my prayers everyday..

First, Thanks for the prayers.
Having a parents who have different religions....a bit hard to decide. The most important here is you believe in GOD.
All I know is Islam has ALLAH and Buddhism has BUDDHA. Are they the same? I don't know. I'm just confused.
Alright then. keep on posting on what you believe.

I do not know of anyone who is without ambition. Perhaps, persons may not know what they want to do with their lives at the time of inquiry. If these people do not know what they want to become in life at the time of inquiry, it should not be interpreted that they an unambitions. interestingly, all humans give some thought to what they want to become at some stage in their life -whether it is a realistic carreer choice, or academic/vocational objective to be achieved- and people usually aspire to doing something with their lives.
However when reality of life sets in, eventually, people do something with their lives.., over time. If all things remain equal, everyone needs time, resources, and networking, so that the 'outcome' of the ambition in mankind can materialize into something worthwhile for themselves.

Setting one's goal in life is just like having an ambition. What if you dream that one day you would be financially stable, can provide your children needs and live a normal life. Normal life in a way that you are healthy, enough wealth and happy. And here comes your other half who just want to have fun on weekends on extended family members. What you gonna do? Scolding him could cause too much trouble.

Interesting that you raise the point about dreaming. I think that although humans may use dreaming as a means to help to shape some of these individuals' ambition, over time, humans having dreams without further action to make dreams a reality-which includes galovanising the necessary resources, and timeframe- will only remain a dream.
Therefore dreams with 'appropriate' action can shape ones ambition, but dreaming alone 'cannot' cut it!

I have a lot of ambition and I want a lot from life, however I do have a tendency to get very comfortable.
So although I am ambitious, I lack drive.

I think everyone have have ambition in life. I have amition when I was a child, I want to be a teacher, a scientist... And now I am an adult, I also have too many dreams. I think it is the magic to go on with our life.

no i'm not i have ambition in life too, ambition helps us to study hard and get a more brilliant future, so ambition is good for us. people who don't have any ambition of life will be lack of enthusiasm in life so they have few chances to succeess so we need ambition to help us create a better life, good luck

I have a lot of ambition in my life, and I have a huge list of things that I would like to be able to achieve and the time scales that I would like to achieve them in. I am the kind of person who will do anything that they possibly can to be able to get to these hopes and dreams, and I know that I am not going to give up if I don't manage to do it. I hate people who don't have ambition, because I honestly don't see how they can go through their lives and not have something that they would like to achieve and work towards.

How nice Gem! I'm sure time comes that you would attain all your ambitions in life. Don't give up instead stay focused and work on your goal. Though it won't happen by just a snap but with your diligence to do it someday somehow you can have all those without realizing it.

I don't know about knowing anyone that doesn't have any ambition, but I know people who are ambitious about things they shouldn't. If a person is completely lacking in ambition they will end up dying. I know because I was there. After I lost my brother I didn't think I had any reason to go on, but I got up and started college and I ended up having a reason to live. I have siblings whose only will to live is to party. That's ambition, it's just misplaced ambition.

I think everyone has ambition and dreams in life.
No matter how simple or how small it is,everyone dream about something in this life.
But most of us are not successful when it comes to fulfilling or achieving dreams and ambition and some stop once they failed.
That is why some people say, they don't have any ambition at all, because they are afraid to fail again.

i had a bandmate who had no ambition whatsoever
all he wanted was a house and a dog
and no money to buy a house and not even the dog
and so he kept wallowing in his own self doubts
til i kicked him out of the band and he woke up to reality
he's a manager now

Not something wrong with our little dream, it's a natural thing and does a child have to have the first dream, because as adults, there are two options to continue the dream or find a way or another. And when the school was supposed to have meant it to do it because it's very decisive. Do not forget to pray to god.
