Do you have a healthy lifestyle? How do you maintain your healthy lifestyle in this modern world?

To maintain physical health requires a special attention to your own daily life. My recommendation are as follows:1)Control ingestion of stple food, eating vegetable rather than various meats; 2)form a habit doing physical excercise everyday;3)just drinking normal water instead of any beverage;4)walk to your office or school, using public transportation rather than driving private car; 4)don't ingest too much sweet diet; 5)check your weight regularly; 5)never eat junk foods such as Mcdonald, KFC etc. If you can stick to this lifestyle, I am sure your weight will be under control and your physical health can be ensured. Hmm I am not very healthy since I have gained weight these days but I am trying to get back in shape. I am eating lots of fresh vegetables and drink lot of water. Plus some skipping and other exercise like in the garden, weeding and all. so i wish to become proper soon. have a wonderful day.
