The first thing i will teach my son

When my son is old enough to be taught, i will teach him first how to pray. I don't know maybe because i want him to learn from the very first that he can always pray whenever r whatever circumstances he is into or we are into. You know, when i grew old, i realized,i was not taught how to pray by my mom or sibling when i was little. I learn that i the church. So i want to teach my son the thing i missed to learn when i was young.

I agree with you. My son is already praying on his own. He can pray before and after our meals. My family didn't practice our religion so much. Our father because of his protectiveness didn't allow us to go to church when we were younger. I want to raise my son religious unlike us. I am also religious I think but I don't go to church. I seldom go there. I just pray at home, at work, when I pass by a church, etc. I hope God can still hear my prayers.

Praying is very important. I have already taught my son how to pray and every night before we sleep, I usually remind him to pray. He can pray with his own words very well.

I'm not religious, so I don't believe this is the most important thing, but understand why people treasure it a lot. I like how people and their beliefs are diverse. I would teach my kid first how to accept failure and losing something, I guess.
